Stir-fried Chicken with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
Boneless/skinless chicken breast (cut thin strips)2/3 lb (300g)
Mung bean sprout (pinch off root and husk)1/2 lb (225g)
Scallion (cut 5cm/2" segments)2 stalk
Red chili pepper (julienned)1 each
Cooking oil2+1 Tbs
Basic marinade (dark) 1 portion
Light sauté sauce 1 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce
2.Mix chicken with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes.
3.Place 2 tbs. of oil and chicken in a non-stick pan; sauté until the chicken is 80% done. Set the chicken aside.
4.Add 1 tbs. of oil, scallion and chili pepper in the same pan; sauté until aromatic. Place in the bean sprouts and stir for several times.
5.Add the Light sauté sauce and chicken; stir fry until the bean sprouts are done but still crispy.

無骨無皮雞胸肉(切絲)2/3 磅 (300克)

紅辣椒(切絲)1

基本醃料(濃) 1
清炒醬汁 1

做法
1.準備清炒醬汁
2.雞肉與 基本醃料(濃)拌勻醃10分鐘。
3.不沾鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油和雞肉炒到8分熟後馬上盛出。
4.原鍋加熱1大匙油,蔥段和辣椒爆香。倒入豆芽拌炒數下。
5.加入清炒醬汁拌和雞絲炒到豆芽脫生即可。
